Using your own internet banking service, see information on the bottom of your account. Please ensure you quote the 'Ref No' from the bottom of your account.
Bpay:

Your Bpay reference number is located next to the BPAY logo on the bottom of your account.
Bank:
Visit your bank branch to arrange payment (quote the 'Ref No' from the bottom of your account).
Cheque/Money Order:

Please note that from 1st November 2026 we will no longer process credit/debit card payments. If you are an existing direct debit customer (card) we will continue to process your payments to 31st March 2027 after which you will need to consider an alternative payment option.
Payment made by Visa and MasterCard only. Strata Water Solutions uses Fat Zebra to securely handle credit card information. Fat Zebra is a Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant payment gateway provider accredited with all major Australian banks.
