Q1) Why am I receiving an account from Strata Water Solutions, I already pay SA Water?
The account from SA Water will have NO WATER USAGE included.
Q2) My account for this quarter seems abnormally high?
Reasons for a higher than normal water bill can include (not limited to):
Q3) How do we know if meters are functioning correctly?
The sum of the sub meters should equal the usage registered on the SA Water meter. Obviously if there are common ground taps and irrigation systems then there will be a variation but it should be accountable. The meters can register slow but rarely register fast (if at all).
Q4) How can I pay my account?
The payment options are:
(1) BPay
(2) Electronic transfer
(3) Direct Debit (credit card only) – Bank charges of 1.68% apply - click here for further information
(4) Payment at any bank branch
(5) Cheque or Money Order
When making payment, please ensure you enter the agent number appearing on the bottom left hand side of your invoice (under payment options).

- Strata Water Solutions - your account is for WATER USED and does not include the above.

Reasons for a higher than normal water bill can include (not limited to):
- automated sprinkler system setup
- leaking toilet/tap/shower or other plumbing lines
- additional occupants
- evaporative air conditioning (overflow)
- faulty hot water service (overflow valve)
- faulty solar hot water service
- seasonal factors
- changes to personal usage patterns
